1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern all use of fly33 services. Additional rules, policies and terms may apply to specific products or promotions offered by fly33. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.2 fly33 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision. Your continued use of fly33 following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are published in English. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register a fly33 account or use any fly33 service. fly33 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older. fly33 may at any time request age verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification, or discovery that a user is under 18, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of fly33 complies with all laws, regulations and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction. fly33 makes no representation that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction. Players from locations where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register.

2.3 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one fly33 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, complete and current information during registration. fly33 may require identity verification documents at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fly33 login credentials. You must notify fly33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. fly33 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3. Account Management

3.1 fly33 accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, assign or otherwise deal in your account or any credits, winnings or bonuses held within it.

3.2 fly33 reserves the right to carry out identity, age and source-of-funds verification checks at any time. Account deposits and withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of verification.

3.3 Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee as specified in the applicable fee schedule published on the fly33 platform. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 fly33 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20 and Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2 All funds deposited into your fly33 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. fly33 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification.

4.4 fly33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of anti-money laundering or fraud prevention checks. fly33 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors including JazzCash, Easypaisa or any banking institution.

4.5 All transactions on fly33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Amounts denominated in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 fly33 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General Terms apply in addition to promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

5.3 fly33 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, fly33's decision is final.

5.4 Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing hedged bets or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, will result in immediate forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings and may result in account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game-specific rules and betting procedures are published within each respective game or product section on fly33. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 fly33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server errors, connectivity issues or actions beyond fly33's reasonable control that affect the outcome of a game or the placement of a bet.

6.3 In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts or game outcomes, fly33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings attributable to manifest errors will not be paid.

6.4 fly33 may impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits and game restrictions at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fly33 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with fly33 games or the platform.
• Collusion or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud fly33 or other players.
• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent payment or use of stolen financial instruments.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits after related winnings have been withdrawn.
• Any conduct that interferes with the integrity of fly33 games, systems or other users' experience.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on fly33 including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and user interface elements is the property of fly33 or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in fly33 content.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any fly33 content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fly33 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with its services. fly33 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or any particular outcome from the use of its services.

9.2 fly33's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 fly33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, however caused.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 fly33 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 fly33 may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies or financial institutions where required by law or where fly33 reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or protect the safety of its users.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 fly33 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended as entertainment only and does not represent a source of income. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and take regular breaks.

11.2 Deposit limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are all available directly from your fly33 account settings. Self-exclusion may be applied for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to create a new account.

11.3 If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour or that of someone you know, please use the tools available in your fly33 account settings immediately. fly33 strongly encourages players to seek independent support from qualified counselling services if gaming is causing financial or personal harm.

12. Termination

12.1 fly33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if fly33 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, fly33 may forfeit any remaining account balance in accordance with Clause 7. Upon termination not attributable to a breach by the player, fly33 will return any verified balance to the player's registered payment method.

12.3 You may close your fly33 account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fly33 is incorporated, as updated from time to time.

13.2 Any dispute arising between you and fly33 that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause limits fly33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
